question ? Expenditure on mental health in relation to law
Recently I’ve started out this girl, we’re both 20 and spent much time together over the last 2-3 months. During this time, I confess, I really have my medication (I’m bipolar), because I do a lot, and have and really and I think I have not noticed, I feel uncomfortable to be so, because I was actually in a phase of psychosis, then my mother called the police on me. But I was home, so when they arrived, they handcuffed me and took me to the police station and I was talking to my therapist and social worker before being released by an agreement. I waited about two hours when I got hit by midi.J on a section 136 has been a few times before, but this requires that you be in a public place. I am about how the police could come to me, to take over the house of my parents confused? I know they let her in, but still. I know I have not been arrested because I was not told I was arrested and I have not committed a crime anyway. I live in the Greater Manchester in the UK, in case you confused about what country I parle.Meilleure Answer:

I can not speak to the specifics of British law, but in general, all occupants of a house (like in most countries right) can give the police permission to exercise such authority. In other words, your mother had to call the police and had made it into the house as in a public place. Since the purpose of havng the police this power is to protect the public, they are usually in public. But your mother in the “public” is, and if it feels like (or you) is a kind of danger, it is appropriate for the police to intervene.

Hello, you’re right in S 136 can Oly a place where public access is available “, rather than the home of your parents.Qu that can do what the police if you are screaming, excited, or in general practice a bad mood, will lead to stand up to abuse likely breach of the peace. They tend to do that on private land if they can not use a 136, but they must disarm the situation.Bonne luck!
